Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Woof Wagon Pet Transport’s services. By booking a transport with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
Woof Wagon Pet Transport provides pet transportation services within our service area (approximately 10 miles from Hoschton, GA), including transport to veterinary offices, groomers, boarding facilities, and other approved destinations.
2. Pet Health & Safety Requirements
For the safety of all pets in our care, we require:
- Proof of current vaccinations (rabies, distemper, bordetella) upon first booking
- Disclosure of any known medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or special needs
- Pets must be in good enough health to safely travel
We reserve the right to decline transport if a pet appears ill, injured, or poses a safety risk to other animals or our driver.
3. Liability
Woof Wagon Pet Transport takes every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, including professionally installed crates, temperature-controlled vehicles, video surveillance, and trained handling. However, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing medical conditions, stress-related reactions to travel, or incidents that occur despite reasonable precautions.
In the event of a medical emergency during transport, we will contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if necessary. Any emergency veterinary costs are the responsibility of the pet owner.
4. Booking & Payment
- Fares are based on distance from our home base in Hoschton, GA
- Payment terms will be provided at time of booking confirmation
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
5. Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service rate.
We understand that emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in the case of a verified medical emergency for you or your pet.
6. Out-of-Area Requests
Transport outside our standard 10-mile service area may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional fees.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
